We appreciate that this is not everyone’s preferred way to meet and that lots of us will be learning in this process!
As in January, will be using Zoom to help us facilitate our meeting.
On Wednesday night, we will open the Zoom link at 7:15 so that everyone can get online and comfortable that they can see and hear before the meeting starts.
If you are having trouble the night of the Meeting please contact Al or Nathan for help.
Below are a few helpful tips to get you started with Zoom.
Join Online
If you have never used Zoom before, it is very helpful to download the app to your device before the meeting starts. Zoom will do this automatically the first meeting you try to attend so it will be faster to do ahead of time. Please do this!
Then simply click this link to join the meeting.

Tips to Zoom Like a Pro
Mute Your Mic!
Unless you are speaking. That way we do not hear the background noise of your home.
Your mic control button is on the bottom left of your zoom screen.
Sound or Video Lagging??
If you notice your sound and video are falling behind or becoming choppy -turn off your video. This will be easier on your internet and hopefully fix the trouble.
Your video control button should be in the bottom left of your Zoom screen.
Meeting ID?!!?
If you come into the zoom meeting through a link on the webpage you will not need this number - you will simply be let into the waiting room.
If you go online to zoom.us or join a meeting through your app you will need the Meeting ID
